Common questions

New phone? Items you bought can be restored from the trading post or Settings, Restore purchases. Your camp itself is saved on the device you play on.

Does money buy strength? No. Purchases buy silver, time, looks and convenience. Matchmaking is by camp size.

I got raided. After a lost defense you get a free 1 hour shield. Raiding someone else ends your shield.

What is the Mountain Pass? A 30 day season of rewards for playing. The free track is for everyone; the paid track adds a season builder, auto collect, silver and looks.

Are the other camps real players? Not yet. Rival camps are run by the computer and are labeled that way on the rankings.
